My Approach

I bring my full, authentic self to every session because I believe real healing starts with real connection. My style is validating, compassionate, and deeply empathetic — I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure. Our work together is collaborative; I’m not here to tell you how to grieve, but to help you understand it, process it, and find your way forward.

I draw from a blend of tools including EMDR-inspired techniques, music, breathwork, grounding practices, and journaling. Whether we’re unpacking stuck emotions or creating space for small wins, each session is tailored to what you need in the moment. All of this happens virtually, through secure teletherapy, so you can grieve and grow in a space that feels safe and comfortable — wherever you are.

Hi I’m Jalyse

I created Heal the Glitch because I know what it’s like to feel lost in grief. With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, I bring a trauma-informed lens to the way I think about loss—not as something to fix, but as something to hold.

This space is for reflection, softness, and staying in touch as I prepare to offer therapy in the future. If you'd like gentle support along the way, I’d love for you to join the mailing list.
